Last Saturday was a day to celebrate more than just the holiday season: it was a celebration of our team, our shared values and the incredible heritage of our region.
In the morning we visited the Dallara Academy in Varano de’ Melegari. This extraordinary facility is a symbol of excellence in the Motor Valley, where innovation meets history and passion drives progress. Walking inside the Academy, we were surrounded by cutting-edge prototypes, iconic racing cars and inspiring success stories. The experience reminded us of the values we hold dear: collaboration, dedication and commitment to excellence.
The Dallara Academy is not only a tribute to the history of motorsport, but also a testament to the vision of engineer Giampaolo Dallara, who built a global symbol of innovation while remaining deeply connected to his roots. It is a history that resonates deeply with us as we strive to innovate and grow while honouring the heritage of our community.
We continued with a festive company lunch, an opportunity to pause, reflect and strengthen the bonds that make our team special. Moments like these remind us how crucial it is to celebrate not only our achievements, but also the people who make them possible.
As we approach 2025, we carry with us the inspiration of this experience and the energy of a team ready to take on new challenges. Together, step by step, we are building a future fuelled by passion and a shared vision.
